- Their first box ships within three business days. After the last box, it simply ends.

You pick a length
Three, six or twelve months, one or three books a box. Write a note for the gift tag.
They get a gift card
By email on your chosen date, or to you to print. It has a code and your message.
They take the Sniff Test
Their taste, their hard nos, their address. You never need to know their shoe size.
Boxes arrive monthly
The first ships within three business days of redeeming.
Do I need their address?
No. They add their own address when they redeem, so surprises stay surprises and nobody has to ask awkward questions.
Does a gift subscription renew?
Never. After the last box it ends. We’ll ask them if they’d like to keep going on their own, and they can say no.
How long is a gift code valid?
At least five years. If it gets lost, the copy in your receipt email works too, or contact us and we’ll resend it.
Will it arrive in time for the holidays?
The gift card itself arrives by email on the day you choose. Their first box ships within three business days of redeeming, then Media Mail takes 2 to 8 business days. For a box before December 24, send the card by December 9 and ask them to redeem it that day.
